The importance y of sunlight has been admitted for centuries years in human life.The physicians says that sunlight is necessary for human body growth and sunlight sets good effects on human mental condition.Sunlight is a main source to provide Vitamin-D.We can provides Vitamin-D to our body by sunbathing.Main cause of marasmus is lack of Vitamin-D.In marasmus disease deficiency of Vitamin-D can be fulfill by sunlight.In the beginning of 20th centuries in tuberculosis treatment the physicians suggest bath in sunlight.Some years ago a book was published in England in which author says that that it balance must keep in sunbath.Further he wrote that in trhe beginning of 20th centuries the physician treated by sunlight they reached on this point that best time for sunbath is morning time.
